Ivory Bill Brewing Co is the work of Dorothy and Casey Letellier. Together they bring years of brewing, foodservice, and hospitality experience to this new venture.
Founded in the fall of 2017, the brewery opened for business on September 15, 2018.

The Ivory Bill Taproom is gorgeous, and you need to experience it. We’re pouring pints and selling beer to-go every Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm, Saturdays from 11am-9pm, and on Sundays from 2pm to 6pm. We have seating available in the taproom and brewery with plenty of outdoor patio seating. Drop by and have a beer with us!
