Plus our flagships, Regular, Chinook Rye, Dark, Old Style.

We’re super stoked about this lineup, and the summer of Arkansas grown fruit beers ahead. Blueberries are just about ready to pick. We found an Arkansas grower who has peaches and nectarines, in spite of the tough spring frosts we had. Blackberry beers are coming along nicely. And there even a rumor Restoration on Cherries might make a return…

Sweet Freedom Cheese makes us cheese plates custom paired to a specific one of our beers. How cool is that? Right now there’s a couple of delightful cheeses (including this Stilton with blueberries) chosen to pair with Washington Co. Strawberry Wheat. Our next round of cheese plates will be chosen to pair with Yasashi Guma (Kind Bear), our DIPA collab with Brian Dishman from Otaru Beer in Hokkiado. It’s a cheese pairing event that you can have whenever you’d like! And it’s Friday—this seems like a perfect time.
